This Privacy Policy explains what information AudienzVibe("we", "us", or "our", operated by VerdinApps) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information: your email address, and any profile details you choose to provide during onboarding (name, role, goal, channel size).
- Content you submit: YouTube video URLs you paste in for analysis.
- Data fetched on your behalf: public comments, video metadata (title, view count, thumbnail, comment count), and — where available — video transcripts, fetched from YouTube and related services in order to generate your report.
- Usage data: credits used, reports generated, and plan/billing status.
- Feedback: anything you submit through our in-app feedback tool, optionally linked to your email address.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and maintain your account, and authenticate you via magic-link sign-in;
- To generate the Creator Brief reports you request;
- To track and enforce credit and plan limits;
- To respond to support requests and feedback; and
- To improve the Service, including which report sections are useful and where analysis quality can improve.
We don't sell your personal information.
3. Third-Party Services We Use
To provide the Service, we share limited data with the following processors:
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting (your email, profile, and report data).
- YouTube Data API (Google) — to fetch public video metadata and comments for the videos you submit.
- AI analysis providers (via OpenRouter, including Google Gemini models)— video metadata, comments, and transcripts are sent to generate your report's analysis.
- RapidAPI (transcript service) — to fetch video transcripts where available, used as additional context for analysis.
- Feedback Fish — if you submit in-app feedback, its content (and your email, if you were signed in) is sent to this service.
4. YouTube API Services Disclosure
AudienzVibe's use and transfer of information received from the YouTube API to any other app adheres to the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, including the Limited Use requirements. You can review the Google Privacy Policy to understand how Google handles data. We only read public comment data through this API — we never post, delete, or moderate content, and we don't access data beyond what's needed to generate your report.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies to maintain your signed-in session (via Supabase Auth). We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account and report data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we'll delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain it (e.g., for tax or legal record-keeping).
7. Data Security
We use industry-standard measures (including encryption in transit) to protect your data, but no system is perfectly secure — we can't guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these, email us at support@verdinapps.comand we'll respond within a reasonable time.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service isn't directed at children under 13 (or the relevant age of digital consent in your jurisdiction), and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do; continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised policy.
