These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AudienzVibe(the "Service"), provided by VerdinApps ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. Description of the Service
AudienzVibe reads publicly available comments on YouTube videos you submit and uses automated analysis (including large language models) to generate a summary report — covering sentiment, themes, audience requests, and suggested next steps for content creators. We only read public data made available through the YouTube Data API; we never post, delete, moderate, or otherwise act on comments on your behalf.
2. Accounts
You sign in using a passwordless "magic link" sent to your email address. You're responsible for keeping access to that email account secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide an accurate email address and be legally able to enter into these Terms.
3. Credits and Plans
The Service is offered on a credit and subscription-plan basis. New accounts receive a number of free trial credits; additional credits or higher-tier plans may be purchased or subscribed to as described on our Pricing page. Plan tiers determine how many comments can be analyzed per report, report history retention, and access to certain report sections. Credits are consumed when a report is generated and are non-refundable except where required by law or as we otherwise agree in writing. We may change pricing or plan features at any time, with notice for existing subscribers where required.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate YouTube's Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, or any applicable law;
- Attempt to circumvent credit limits, plan restrictions, or rate limits;
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service or its underlying data without our written consent;
- Use generated reports to harass, defame, or take adverse action against individual commenters; or
- Upload or submit content you don't have the right to analyze.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions.
5. Third-Party Content and Services
Reports are generated using data from YouTube (via the YouTube Data API) and, where available, video transcripts and AI analysis provided by third-party services. We don't control the accuracy, availability, or content of this third-party data, and analysis output (including sentiment scores, summaries, and suggestions) is generated automatically and may contain errors — it's provided for informational purposes and shouldn't be treated as a substitute for your own judgment.
6. Intellectual Property
We retain all rights to the Service itself, including its design, code, and branding. You retain any rights you already have in the videos and content you submit for analysis. Reports generated for your account are yours to use for your own business purposes.
7. Feedback
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you agree we can use them without restriction or obligation to you.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. AI-generated analysis is probabilistic and can be wrong; we don't guarantee any particular outcome from acting on a report.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VerdinApps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or discontinue the Service (or parts of it) with reasonable notice where practical.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do; continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
